Resumen
Los tratamientos de superovulación en las técnicas de reproducción asistida han aumentado espectacularmente la incidencia de embarazo heterotópico. El diagnóstico ecográfico es difícil por la presencia de hiperestimulación ovárica. En el 60% de los casos detectamos el embarazo heterotópico en el curso de una laparotomía o laparoscopia de urgencias

Abstract
Treatment with ovulation induction or superovulation in assisted reproductive technologies has dramatically increased the incidence of heterotopic pregnancy. Sonographic diagnosis is made difficult by ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Sixty percent of heterotopic pregnancies are detected by emergency laparoscopy or laparotomy
