La malformación adenomatoide congénita quística del pulmón es una rara anomalía que debe sospecharse siempre ante alteraciones pulmonares o hidropesía en el estudio ecográfico prenatal, para lograr un diagnóstico temprano e intentar un tratamiento en los casos en que sea posible

Summary
Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of the luna is an infrequent anomaly. To make an early diagnosis and initiate treatment, when posible, this malformation should always be suspected when antenatal ultrasonography reveals luna alterations or hydrops
