Summary

Pregnancy after liver transplantation is regarded as high risk and is associated with an increased risk for preeclampsia, preterm delivery, and intrauterine growth retardation. Therefore, these pregnancies require careful multidisciplinary monitoring and coordination among medical teams. We report a pregnancy after orthotopic liver transplantation under an immunosuppression regimen based on tacrolimus and provide and update of the literature
