Abstract

Primary malignant lymphoreticular neoplasms of the sinonasal cavity are rare in Western countries. Most cases involve B-cell non Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Among those reported, two types of childhood Burkitt’s lymphoma can be differentiated: African or endemic and the sporadic form occurring in America and Europe.

We present a case of this lesion in a 4-year-old girl that presented with paralysis of the sixth cranial nerve.
