Resumen
Se aporta un caso de lipoma gástrico, descubierto como hallazgo incidental en una ecografía abdominal.
Revisamos la bibliografía sobre esta patología poco frecuente, hacienda hincapié en los aspectos clínicos, diagnósticos, especialmente en las características ecográficas y en el comportamiento en la tomografía computarizada, así como las distintas posibilidades terapéuticas.

Abstract
We report a case of gastric lipoma discovered incidentally during abdominal ultrasound.
We review the literature concerning this unusual disease, stressing clinical and diagnostic aspects, especially teh ultrasonographic features and computed tomographic findings, as well as the different therapeutic options.
