El varicocele intratesticular es una patología vascular infrecuente (menos del 2% de la población sintomática). Se caracteriza por dilata-ción de las venas intratesticulares. Su etiopatología y alcance clínico no son aún bien conocidas. Se diagnostica fácilmente por ecografía-Doppler y es posible su diagnóstico mediante resonancia magnética.

Intratesticular varicocele is a rare vascular pathology (symptomatic population: less than 2%). It is characterized by dilation of the intrates-ticular veins. Its ethiopathology and clinical scope are not yet well understood. While it is easily diagnosed by Doppler ultrasound, it is also possible to diagnose by means of magnetic resonance.
