Resumen
Se hace una revisión de las diferentes técnicas diagnósticas del linfedema posmastectomía, tanto la exploración clínica, las técnicas instrumentales como las de imagen, aportando el estado actual de las mismas y sus necesidades de uso.
Para ello se ha realizado una búsqueda en las bases de datos Medline, CINAHL, GEARS y British Lymphology Interest Group Key Referentes

A review is made of the different diagnostic techniques of post-mastectomy lymphedema, including clinical examination and instrumental as well as imaging techniques, giving their present state and their use needs.
To do so, a search was performed in the databases Medline, CINAHL, GEARS and British Lymphology Interest Group Key Referentes.
