Summary

In this paper we give a series of general concepts based on the data and experience described. Throughout the text there we discuss the use of eco-Doppler in the screening for vasculorenal pathology and follow-up of renal revascularization. However, it must be remembered that the protocols and diagnostic criteria should be adapted and reevaluated by each individual laboratory. Only in this way can the best results be obtained in clinical practice.
