Resumen
Presentamos un caso de tumor de células granulares. Su interés radica en su carácter multicéntrico y sincrónico en el estómago, el área periampular y el páncreas. Se comentan las características clínicas y anatomopatológicas de estos tumores.

We present a case of granular cell tumor. The interest of these tumors resides in their multicentric nature and synchronous development in the gastric, duodenum-bilio-pancreatic crossroad and pancreatic regions. The clinical and pathological characteristics of these tumors are discussed.
