Esophagogastric procedures are assisted by orogastric tubes or the endoscope, which are sometimes difficult to identify.
Our objective is to analyze the usefulness of the indocyanine green mode of the laparoscopy tower to visualize the white light of the endoscope or catheter with light during these procedures.
We present 5 esophagogastric procedures assisted with the endoscope or catheter and light.
White light is perceived much better in the indocyanine green mode than with conventional visualization, allowing the probe to be located at all times.
White light from the catheter or endoscope is best detected in the indocyanine green mode, increasing the safety of procedures.
