Resumen

Presentamos un raro caso de coma hepático posparto debido a infección por Bartonella henselae.Se revisa la respuesta materna a la infección.

Summary

Is presented a rare case of hepatic coma post-partum due to infection by Bartonella henselae. Is revised the maternal immune response to infection.
