Resumen

La enfermedad de Parkinson no es frecuente que aparezca antes de la edad de 40 años (5% de los pacientes). Aportamos un caso de gestación en una paciente de 33 años,portadora de una enfermedad de Parkinson. La paciente era tratada con levodopa asociada con benzerazida. No observamos ningún efecto adverso sobre la gestación y el feto. Se detectó un agravamiento moderado de los síntomas de la enfermedad de Parkinson. Se ha realizado una revisión de la bibliografía.

Summary

Parkinson’s disease begins before the age of 40 in only 5% of patients. We report a case of pregnancy in a 33-year old woman with Parkinson’s disease. The patient was treated by levodopa associate with benze-razid. No effect was observed on the pregnancy and the fetus. Only the symptoms were moderately worsened. A literature review is performed.
