Resumen
La rotura uterina es una de las mayores catástrofesque podemos encontrar en la práctica obstétrica,ya que se asocia con una alta mortalidad materna y perinatal. En el útero sin cicatriz es un acontecimientoque ocurre habitualmente intraparto,y con frecuenciatiene consecuencias fatales para la madre y el feto.
Summary
Rupture of the uterus is one of the major catastrophes seen in obstetric practice. It is associated with high maternal and perinatal mortality. Rupture of the unscarred uterus is an even more catastrophic event for both mother and fetus and it usually occurrs intra-partum.
