This study was conducted to assess the extent of tuberculosis management practices among the inmates of Bataan District Jail in Bataan, Philippines. It employed a descriptive-survey design with a total of 300 respondents both female and male inmates recruited via purposive sampling technique. A self-made non-standardized survey questionnaire served as study tool focusing on the tuberculosis management practices on TB (a=0.89 overall reliability result). Descriptive mean and standard deviation were utilized for the analysis. Results showed that overall mean for Self-referral and Screening at First Entry (x¯=3.08), Active Case Finding (x¯=2.92), and Facility Assessment (x¯=3.19) were found satisfactory according to self-evaluation of respondents while the Treatment Adherence (x=3.60) was found a very satisfactory result. It was found out that TB control implementation were not fully effective as perceived by inmates since satisfactory results appear on majority of the variables.
