ABSTRACT

This work aims to fulfill two main objectives. The first one is to create an integrative measure of organizational culture and validate it empirically. The second one is to generate a model that clarifies the relationship between organizational culture and effectiveness. This leads us to generate a model that will enable us to analyze the different implantation scenarios to the organization may face, studying cultural traits that in each of them allow organizations to get greater efficiency. We test these relationships in the Spanish hotel industry.
