Resumen
El tumor de los cordones sexuales con túbulos anulares suele ser un tumor bilateral, de pequeño tamaño, calcificado, benigno y asociado con el síndrome de Peutz-Jeghers. Pero aquellos casos de presentación unilateral y de mayor tamaño, a pesar de su habitual aspecto anatomopatológico y comportamiento benignos, deben ser considerados como potencialmente malignos, y por tanto se debe efectuar un estrecho seguimiento de las pacientes que los presenten

Abstract
Sex cord tumors with annular tubules are usually small, bilateral, calcified and benign and associated with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome. However, when these tumors are unilateral and of greater size they should be considered as potentially malignant, despite their typical histopathological features and benign behavior. Consequently, patients presenting these tumors should be closely followed-up
