    "textoCompleto" => "<span class="elsevierStyleSections"><span id="sec0005" class="elsevierStyleSection elsevierViewall"><span class="elsevierStyleSectionTitle" id="sect0025">Introducci&#243;n</span><p id="par0005" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Hoy en d&#237;a las organizaciones invierten dinero para mejorar la calidad de vida laboral de sus integrantes a trav&#233;s de la implementaci&#243;n de diferentes pr&#225;cticas o procesos&#46; En Colombia las investigaciones al respecto no son de la misma importancia que en otros pa&#237;ses debido a una visi&#243;n funcionalista&#59; pero si es claro que desde la academia hay un buen n&#250;mero de referentes&#44; lo cual conlleva a mostrar la convergencia que hay en los autores en que la pr&#225;ctica de la formaci&#243;n o desarrollo del recurso humano DRH es una de las m&#225;s estudiadas&#46; M&#225;s adelante se muestra como desde diferentes teor&#237;as se ha abordado el tema y espec&#237;ficamente desde la perspectiva estrat&#233;gica se evidencia que el recurso humano es generador de ventaja competitiva&#46; Por tal raz&#243;n se analiza desde la literatura y conceptualmente la importancia del DRH-formaci&#243;n dentro de las diferentes pr&#225;cticas y desde lo estrat&#233;gico como la teor&#237;a de recursos y capacidades permite explicar y comprender la necesidad e influencia de DRH en las organizaciones&#46; Sistem&#225;ticamente desde las bases de datos ISI&#44; SCOPUS y JCR&#44; SJR respectivamente&#44; se brinda un an&#225;lisis de los journals m&#225;s importantes que publican sobre el tema&#59; tambi&#233;n el n&#250;mero de publicaciones a trav&#233;s de los a&#241;os desde 1991 que fue cuando se public&#243; uno de los art&#237;culos seminales&#59; de la misma manera se resume los trabajos realizados por Garavan en los diferentes a&#241;os y journals&#44; quien es considerado uno de los m&#225;s representativos&#59; finalmente aparecen una clasificaci&#243;n de los tipos de art&#237;culos escritos sobre DRH&#46;</p><p id="par0010" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">El an&#225;lisis se realiz&#243; desde los marcos te&#243;ricos existentes y la revisi&#243;n de papers atendiendo al factor de impacto&#59; lo anterior permiti&#243; encontrar el autor m&#225;s citado y reconocido por los investigadores&#46; Los resultados muestran la importancia del DRH estrat&#233;gico en la literatura&#44; el reconocimiento y las investigaciones realizadas desde los art&#237;culos base del DRH as&#237; como el aporte a las organizaciones y la academia&#46;</p></span><span id="sec0010" class="elsevierStyleSection elsevierViewall"><span class="elsevierStyleSectionTitle" id="sect0030">Revisi&#243;n de literatura</span><span id="sec0015" class="elsevierStyleSection elsevierViewall"><span class="elsevierStyleSectionTitle" id="sect0035">Contexto</span><p id="par0015" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Las pr&#225;cticas de gesti&#243;n humana tienen su inicio en el siglo XIX en Estados Unidos con el sistema industrial a partir del modelo capitalista&#44; mejorando las condiciones morales y mentales en los trabajadores &#40;Barley y Kunda&#44; 1995&#44; citado en <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0090">Calder&#243;n&#44; Alvarez&#44; &#38; Naranjo&#44; 2006</a>&#41;&#46; En Colombia la investigaci&#243;n en relaci&#243;n con las pr&#225;cticas de gesti&#243;n humana es escasa&#44; pero su funci&#243;n se encuentra en un proceso de lo administrativo a lo estrat&#233;gico &#40;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0090">Calder&#243;n et al&#46;&#44; 2006</a>&#41;&#59; Dichas pr&#225;cticas pocas veces son validadas a partir de criterios acad&#233;micos &#40;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0085">Calder&#243;n &#38; Alvarez&#44; 2007</a>&#41;&#46; Acad&#233;micamente se definen las pr&#225;cticas de gesti&#243;n humana como procesos desarrollados en las organizaciones para alinear la direcci&#243;n empresarial&#44; influyendo en el comportamiento de las personas &#40;Ulrich y Lake&#44; 1992&#44; citado en <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0080">Calder&#243;n &#38; Alvarez&#44; 2006</a>&#41;&#46; Como se observa en la <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#tbl0005">tabla 1</a>&#44; es claro que no hay unanimidad al momento de querer determinar unas pr&#225;cticas &#250;nicas en la gesti&#243;n de recursos humanos &#40;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0525">Valle&#44; Jerez&#44; &#38; Cespedes&#44; 2005</a>&#41;&#46;</p><elsevierMultimedia ident="tbl0005"></elsevierMultimedia><p id="par0020" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Dentro del anterior contexto sin&#243;nimos de formaci&#243;n como entrenamiento&#44; capacitaci&#243;n y desarrollo son aceptados por la mayor&#237;a de acad&#233;micos como una de las practicas m&#225;s influyentes&#59; esta ha sido estudiada desde la teor&#237;a del capital humano&#44; desde la teor&#237;a de recursos y capacidades y desde la teor&#237;a del comportamiento y obedecen a perspectivas de capital intelectual&#44; estrat&#233;gica y del management tradicional respectivamente&#46;</p></span><span id="sec0020" class="elsevierStyleSection elsevierViewall"><span class="elsevierStyleSectionTitle" id="sect0040">La pr&#225;ctica de formaci&#243;n como desarrollo del recurso humano en la literatura</span><p id="par0025" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">El concepto de formaci&#243;n&#44; en s&#237; mismo&#44; es reconocido en la literatura tambi&#233;n como &#8220;desarrollo del recurso humano &#40;DRH&#41;&#8221;&#44; y ha tenido distintos manejos en su conceptualizaci&#243;n&#59; por lo tanto DRH ser&#225; el utilizado en el desarrollo de este trabajo&#46; El ejemplo m&#225;s destacado es la redefinici&#243;n que se hace del concepto de formaci&#243;n y la importancia que tiene en diferentes trabajos&#44; como es en el caso de <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0405">McCraken y Wallace &#40;2000b</a>&#44; p&#46; 288&#41;&#44; quienes la definen&#58; &#8220;Como la creaci&#243;n de una cultura de aprendizaje&#44; en el cual una serie de capacitaci&#243;n&#44; desarrollo y estrategias de aprendizaje a la vez&#44; responden a la estrategia organizacional y tambi&#233;n ayudan a dar forma e influir en ella&#8221;&#46;</p><p id="par0030" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall"><a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0405">McCraken y Wallace &#40;2000b&#41;</a> presenta una redefinici&#243;n de DRH dirigido a lo estrat&#233;gico&#44; con base en las nueve caracter&#237;sticas propuestas por Garavan &#40;citado en <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0405">McCraken &#38; Wallace&#44; 2000b</a>&#41;&#46; Adem&#225;s&#44; evidencia tres enfoques conceptuales de caracterizaci&#243;n del DRH&#58; enfoque administrativo&#44; dirigida hacia el entrenamiento con implementaci&#243;n reactiva para un fin espec&#237;fico&#59; enfoque consultivo&#44; dirigida hacia el DRH con una implementaci&#243;n sistem&#225;tica&#59; y enfoque estrat&#233;gico&#44; dirigida hacia el DRH de manera estrat&#233;gica con una implementaci&#243;n proactiva&#46; Cada uno de estos enfoques se encuentra enmarcado en tres niveles y explicados desde nueve caracter&#237;sticas&#58; estrategia&#58; interacci&#243;n con misi&#243;n y objetivos&#44; an&#225;lisis del entorno y desarrollo de pol&#237;ticas y planes&#59; liderazgo&#58; apoyo de la alta direcci&#243;n&#44; papel de los directivos de l&#237;nea y perfil del responsable de DRH&#59; estructural&#58; relaci&#243;n con otras actividades de recursos humanos&#44; cultura y forma de evaluaci&#243;n&#46;</p></span><span id="sec0025" class="elsevierStyleSection elsevierViewall"><span class="elsevierStyleSectionTitle" id="sect0045">El DRH como generador de ventaja competitiva</span><p id="par0035" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">DRH ha sido estudiado desde trabajos prescriptivos y explicativos&#46; Desde los prescriptivos se encuentra el enfoque estrat&#233;gico&#59; desde este enfoque&#44; la teor&#237;a de recursos y capacidades es considerada la m&#225;s representativa de las empleadas en gesti&#243;n humana &#40;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0550">Wright &#38; McMahan&#44; 1992</a>&#41;&#46; Lo anterior se demuestra a partir de los estudios y discusiones basados en la teor&#237;a de recursos y capacidades donde la gesti&#243;n estrat&#233;gica de recursos humanos es de gran importancia en los resultados de la organizaci&#243;n &#40;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0030">Barney&#44; 1991</a>&#59; <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0130">Conner&#44; 1991</a>&#59; <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0320">Kamoche&#44; 1996</a>&#59; <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0535">Wernerfelt&#44; 1984</a>&#41;&#46; Por tal raz&#243;n&#44; el DRH es una de los m&#225;s estudiadas y desde la teor&#237;a de recursos y capacidades &#40;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0025">Barney&#44; 1986</a>&#44; <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0030">1991</a>&#44; <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0035">2001</a>&#59; <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0275">Grant&#44; 1991</a>&#59; <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0440">Peteraf&#44; 1993</a>&#59; <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0535">Wernerfelt&#44; 1984</a>&#44; <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0540">1995</a>&#41;&#44; es considerada una fuente capaz de convertir el recurso humano en ventaja competitiva para la organizaci&#243;n&#44; por medio de la coordinaci&#243;n e interrelaci&#243;n de sus capacidades &#40;<a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0030">Barney&#44; 1991</a>&#59; <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0040">Barney &#38; Wright&#44; 1998</a>&#59; <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0340">Lado &#38; Wilson&#44; 1994</a>&#41;&#46;</p><p id="par0040" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall"><a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0030">Barney &#40;1991&#41;</a> plantea los supuestos de la teor&#237;a de recursos y capacidades como son la heterogeneidad e inmovilidad de los recursos&#44; sobre el cumplimiento de cuatro condiciones&#58; valiosos y escasos&#44; generadores de ventaja competitiva&#59; imperfectamente imitables y no sustituibles dirigidos a la sostenibilidad&#46; Estas condiciones bajo caracter&#237;sticas propias y diferenciables est&#225;n impl&#237;citas en el recurso humano&#46;</p></span></span><span id="sec0030" class="elsevierStyleSection elsevierViewall"><span class="elsevierStyleSectionTitle" id="sect0050">Metodolog&#237;a</span><p id="par0045" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">La presente revisi&#243;n se fundamenta en primer lugar en el an&#225;lisis desde los marcos te&#243;ricos existentes en gesti&#243;n humana o tambi&#233;n conocido como Human Resource Management aplicados a DRH&#59; donde se destacan las teor&#237;as de capital humano&#44; behavioristas y de recursos y capacidades&#46; Esta &#250;ltima permite explicar el DRH desde una perspectiva estrat&#233;gica&#44; la cual&#44; ser&#225; el eje central de la revisi&#243;n&#46; En segundo lugar&#44; se utilizaron 77 art&#237;culos con un rango de tiempo entre 1991 &#40;por ser este a&#241;o en el que se public&#243; el articulo pionero del tema de DRH&#41; y 2014&#59; este n&#250;mero de art&#237;culos fue resultado del proceso al cual&#44; fue necesario decantar informaci&#243;n gracias a la obtenci&#243;n de estad&#237;sticas con base en Web of Knowledge &#40;ISI&#41; y Scopus&#59; de esta manera detectar los art&#237;culos que fundamentan&#44; desarrollan&#44; caracterizan y soportan te&#243;ricamente el DRH&#46; De la misma forma se acudi&#243; al Journal Citacion Reports &#40;JCR&#41; y Scimago Journal Rank &#40;SJR&#41; para determinar la importancia de los journals&#44; por medio de la clasificaci&#243;n a partir del factor de impacto en que est&#225;n ubicados cada uno de estos journals encontrados&#46; Como descriptores se utiliz&#243; HRD &#40;Human Resource Development&#41;&#44; HRD and strategic&#44; Garavan Thomas&#46; Este &#250;ltimo filtro permiti&#243; vislumbrar la importancia de Garavan en la literatura y como muchos autores a trav&#233;s del tiempo y hoy en d&#237;a lo toman como referente&#46;</p></span><span id="sec0035" class="elsevierStyleSection elsevierViewall"><span class="elsevierStyleSectionTitle" id="sect0055">Resultados y discusi&#243;n</span><p id="par0050" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">A continuaci&#243;n se presentan los resultados y correspondiente an&#225;lisis con base en la revisi&#243;n de la literatura en Scopus&#44; Web of Knowledge &#40;ISI&#41;&#44; Journal Citation Reports &#40;JCR&#41; y Scimago Journal Rank &#40;SJR&#41; y el seguimiento a los trabajos de Garavan&#46; De lso 77 articulos filtrados se generaron cuatro tablas que muestran el factor de impacto y tendencia de art&#237;culos de DRH publicados en Journals&#44; la tendencia de art&#237;culos de DRH publicados a trav&#233;s de los a&#241;os&#44; el n&#250;mero de Trabajos de <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0160">Garavan en journals desde 1991</a>&#44; y la tendencia y autores sobre el tipo de art&#237;culos de DRH publicados&#46;</p><p id="par0055" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Los articulos publicados en los diferentes journals muestran el impacto positivo y aceptacion por la tematica del DRH tal como se observa en la <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#tbl0010">tabla 2</a>&#46; Se destacan por su factor de impacto&#58; Management Decision&#44; Journal of World Business y Tourism Management sin dejar de nombrar a Human Resource Management&#59; los anteriores dentro del area de Management y business&#46; En cuanto al porcentaje de art&#237;culos en relaci&#243;n con DRH se resalta a Human Resource Development Quarterly&#44; Journal of European Industrial Training y Advances in Developing Human Resources con un 21&#37;&#44; 17&#37; y 10&#37;&#59; hay que notar que en el caso de Journal of European Industrial Training su nombre se mantuvo hasta el 2011&#44; despu&#233;s se cambi&#243; a European Journal of Training and Development y esto da a entender la importancia de este journal y m&#225;s el impacto de sus art&#237;culos publicados&#46; Los dem&#225;s journals mantienen un nivel de factor de impacto muy alto respecto a los publicados en la misma &#225;rea&#59; de ah&#237; que el DRH es un tema interesante y necesario estudiar por varias razones&#58; el soporte te&#243;rico&#44; el desarrollo conceptual&#44; los tipos de estudios realizados&#44; la calidad de autores&#44; la aceptaci&#243;n en la academia y las organizaciones y las m&#250;ltiples perspectivas y teor&#237;as que lo estudian&#46; Por &#250;ltimo es importante decir que Human Resource Management Review&#44; Human Resource Management Journal y International Journal of Human Resources Development and Management que son journals directamente relacionados con el tema de DRH no se encuentran en esta clasificaci&#243;n&#44; debido a que no se encontraron art&#237;culos relacionados directamente desde la perspectiva estrat&#233;gica&#46;</p><elsevierMultimedia ident="tbl0010"></elsevierMultimedia><p id="par0060" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Mientras tanto&#44; la <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#tbl0015">tabla 3</a> da una idea amplia del aumento de publicaciones en el tema de DRH en los &#250;ltimos a&#241;os&#46; Al analizar los referentes bibliogr&#225;ficos se encontr&#243; que trabajos de Garavan son soporte te&#243;rico fundamental a la hora de construir los papers&#46; La importancia de <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#bib0160">Garavan desde 1991</a> con su art&#237;culo seminal&#44; posteriormente con la redefinici&#243;n de McCraken y Wallace en el 2000 se posiciona la necesidad de la perspectiva estrat&#233;gica en las diferentes publicaciones y la importancia del modelo prescriptivo que ellos plantean&#46; Hoy 2014 en el primer trimestre ya se encuentran publicaciones fuertes de DRH desde lo estrat&#233;gico y con referentes como los anteriormente mencionados&#46;</p><elsevierMultimedia ident="tbl0015"></elsevierMultimedia><p id="par0065" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Hasta el momento se nota el desarrollo en la literatura en los trabajos de Garavan&#59; por lo tanto se presenta en la <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#tbl0020">tabla 4</a> un an&#225;lisis del n&#250;mero de trabajos publicados desde 1991&#46; En la mayor&#237;a de trabajos el acompa&#241;amiento de otros acad&#233;micos refleja el contexto en el cual se ampl&#237;a el papel de DRH&#46; Tambi&#233;n se observa al igual que en la <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#tbl0015">tabla 3</a>&#44; el n&#250;mero de publicaciones en los &#250;ltimos a&#241;os&#59; ac&#225; sale a relucir trabajos en el 2007 por la presentaci&#243;n de un nuevo modelo explicativo de DRH desde lo estrat&#233;gico&#46;</p><elsevierMultimedia ident="tbl0020"></elsevierMultimedia><p id="par0070" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Por &#250;ltimo es necesario dar una mirada a los tipos de art&#237;culos en cuanto a la tem&#225;tica manejada en cada art&#237;culo&#46; Despu&#233;s de esta revisi&#243;n se clasificaron como&#58; Capital Humano&#44; la inversi&#243;n a realizar desde una mirada de capital intelectual&#59; Caracter&#237;sticas&#44; an&#225;lisis desde modelos prescriptivos con base en las nueves caracter&#237;stica de DRH&#59; Citaciones&#44; revisiones desde las diferentes redes en relaci&#243;n con los autores resaltando a Garavan&#59; Contexto&#44; publicaciones de estudios de caso&#44; sectores&#44; empresas y medidas relaciones con la variable desempe&#241;o&#59; Explicaci&#243;n HRD&#44; r&#233;plicas de autores por planteamientos previos en las mismas publicaciones&#59; Implicaciones para HRD&#44; conclusiones contundentes frente al estudio y su implicaci&#243;n en HRD&#59; Innovaci&#243;n&#44; relaci&#243;n del DRH con la generaci&#243;n de innovaci&#243;n&#59; Papel de HRD&#44; desarrollos conceptuales aplicados a casos espec&#237;ficos&#59; Revisi&#243;n Literatura&#44; destacado por los a&#241;os 2003&#44; 2012 y 2013&#59; Te&#243;rico SHRD&#44; trabajos eminentemente te&#243;ricos sobre exploraci&#243;n de perspectivas y en su mayor&#237;a estrat&#233;gicos&#46; Como se observa en la <a class="elsevierStyleCrossRef" href="#tbl0025">tabla 5</a> la fundamentaci&#243;n te&#243;rica y su aplicaci&#243;n en trabajos emp&#237;ricos ha permitido el impacto de DRH en las &#225;reas de Management y Business&#59; autores como Garavan&#44; Carbery&#44; Heraty&#44; McGuire&#44; O&#8217;Donnel&#44; McCraken y Wallace ser&#237;an los m&#225;s destacados por sus ideas y posiciones frente al DRH y m&#225;s a&#250;n desde lo estrat&#233;gico&#46;</p><elsevierMultimedia ident="tbl0025"></elsevierMultimedia></span><span id="sec0040" class="elsevierStyleSection elsevierViewall"><span class="elsevierStyleSectionTitle" id="sect0060">Conclusiones</span><p id="par0075" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">Los temas m&#225;s abordados seg&#250;n esta revisi&#243;n est&#225;n en relaci&#243;n con el estudio del contexto del DRH&#44; entre las que sobresalen publicaciones de estudios de caso&#44; sectores&#44; empresas y medidas relacionadas con la variable desempe&#241;o&#59; de la misma manera&#44; el inter&#233;s por el papel de HRD con una particularidad en desarrollos conceptuales aplicados a casos espec&#237;ficos&#59; y existen tambi&#233;n un buen n&#250;mero de art&#237;culos te&#243;ricos&#44; sobre exploraci&#243;n de perspectivas&#46; Esta fundamentaci&#243;n te&#243;rica y su aplicaci&#243;n en trabajos emp&#237;ricos han permitido el impacto de DRH en las &#225;reas de Management y Business a trav&#233;s de autores como Garavan&#44; Carbery&#44; Heraty&#44; McGuire&#44; O&#8217;Donnel&#44; McCraken y Wallace&#46; Se concluye por lo tanto que la importancia del desarrollo del recurso humano DRH estudiada desde modelos y diferentes teor&#237;as&#44; es necesario explicarla desde la perspectiva estrat&#233;gica&#46;</p><p id="par0080" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">El DRH es un tema interesante y necesario estudiar por varias razones&#58; el soporte te&#243;rico&#44; el desarrollo conceptual&#44; los tipos de estudios realizados&#44; la calidad de autores&#44; la aceptaci&#243;n en la academia y las organizaciones y las m&#250;ltiples perspectivas y teor&#237;as que lo estudian&#46; Asi lo demuestran revistas como Human Resource Development Quarterly&#44; Journal of European Industrial Training y Advances in Developing Human Resources&#44; que se destacan por el n&#250;mero de art&#237;culos publicados en DRH&#46; Espec&#237;ficamente es de considerar los aportes de Garavan son soporte te&#243;rico fundamental a la hora de construir los papers&#46; La importancia de este autor con su art&#237;culo seminal en 1991 y posteriormente con un nuevo modelo en el 2007 refleja la necesidad de la perspectiva estrat&#233;gica en las diferentes publicaciones y la importancia del modelo prescriptivo y explicativo que all&#237; se plantea&#46; Se recomienda por lo tanto&#44; profundizar en tres aspectos con base en esta revisi&#243;n&#58; la primera es el an&#225;lisis de los modelos utilizados &#40;prescriptivos y consultivos&#41; en investigaciones emp&#237;ricas&#59; la segunda es el an&#225;lisis de la relaci&#243;n de DRH estrat&#233;gico en temas relevantes como desempe&#241;o organizacional y aprendizaje organizacional&#59; y la tercera es generar estudios aplicados a la demostraci&#243;n emp&#237;rica de los modelos prescriptivo y explicativo de Garavan propuesto en 1991 y 2007&#46;</p></span></span>"
