Resumen
El obstáculo que representa el labio posterior del cuello vesical tras la resección transuretral de próstata es, en ocasiones, el origen de perforaciones subtrigonales cuando se intenta el cateterismo una vez finalizada la intervención.
Presentamos un procedimiento técnico sencillo que permite un sondaje vesical seguro, reduciendoel riesgo de complicaciones añadidas a las propias de la cirugía endoscópica

Abstract
The obstacle that represents the bladder neck posterior lip after a prostate transuretral resectionis, sometimes, the cause of sugtrigonal perforations when a bladder catheterization is performedafter the surgery.
We explain an easy procedure that allows a safe catheterization, reducing the risk of complicationsadded to those of the surgery
