Presentamos un caso de abdomen agudo con diagnóstico preoperatorio de divertículo de Meckel complicado con perforación y enterolito que se confirma quirúrgicamente con buena correlación radiopatológica. Sólo hemos visto otro caso similar en la bibliografía diagnosticado únicamente mediante TC.

We present a case of acute abdomen that was diagnosed preoperatively as Meckel’s diverticulum complicated by perforation and the presence of enterolith. The diagnosis was confirmed intraoperatively and a marked radiologic-pathologic correlation was observed. We have encountered only one other similar case in the literature, in which the diagnosis was based on computed tomography alone.
