Hemangioma renal
Hemorragia retroperitoneal espontánea
Hemangiomatosis

Spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage is an infrequent cause of acute abdominal pain that carries an important risk for the life of the patient. Once rupture of the abdominal aorta is ruled out, the most logical cause would be renal tumor. We present a case of spontaneous re-troperitoneal hemorrhage due to the rupture of a renal hemangioma in a patient with multiple visceral hemangiomas. We also wish to evaluate the clinical entity of multiple hemangiomatosis, on the one hand, and spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage, on the other hand, as being clinical manifestations of a renal hemangioma.

Key words:
Renal hemangioma
Spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage hemangiomatosis
