Resumen
Presentamos dos pacientes con antecedentes de pancreatitis aguda que posteriormente desarrollaron seudoaneurismas dependientes de la arteria mesentérica superior (AMS); en ambos casos, el tratamiento fue la embolización supraselectiva con microcoils con buen resultado angiogáfico y clínico.

We present two patients who developed superior mesenteric artery pseudoaneurysms after acute pancreatitis. In both cases, treatment consisted of superselective embolization using microcoils, a procedure that was angiographically and clinicaly successful.
