Resumen

El encondroma solitario es un tumor cartilaginoso de naturaleza que se presenta entre la tercera y cuarta década de la vida. Se mujer de 60 años con encondroma solitario en fémur izquierdo una resonancia nuclear magnética.

Summary

Solitary enchondroma is a benign cartilaginous tumor, usually 4 decade. We report a 60 years old woman with solitary e diagnosis with magnetic resonance imaging.
