Tabla 1.

Abstract

Low back pain is a painful syndrome located between the lower edge of the last ribs and lower to the fold of the buttocks compromising neuromusculoskeletal structures, causing functional limitation.

A case study is presented in a female patient which addresses the application of comprehensive treatment with acupuncture on VB 34 Yanglingquan and V 60 Kun Lun and the neurodynamic technique on symptoms in low back pain caused by “home office” derived from confinement by SARS-CoV-2.

After 8 sessions and frequency of 2 times a week of treatment with acupuncture needles with twisting and body of stainless-steel medical grade, with manual application inserting perpendicularly, manipulating with trepidation technique and performing neurodynamics in an active-assisted way, evaluated with PainDetect scale 2/38 points. Oswestry's low back disability scala obtained minimal disability.
