Resumen
El tumor filodes es un tumor mamario infrecuente, de estirpe fibroepitelial, que tiene generalmente un comportamiento biológico benigno. En el presente trabajo presentamos un caso clínico de tumor filodes maligno multicéntrico y unilateral.

Phylloides tumor is an infrequent fibroepithelial breast tumor that is usually benign. We present the case of a unilateral multicentric malignant phylloides tumor.
