Resumen
Presentamos el caso de una endometriosis ileal como localización infrecuente, que presenta multiples dificultades diagnósticas y que usualmente es tributaria de tratamiento quirúrgico. Analizamos las manifestaciones clínicas y el diagnóstico de la endometriosis intestinal, así como su diagnóstico diferencial.
Summary
We present a case of ileal endometriosis with an unusual location, which presented multiple diagnostic difficulties and for which surgical treatment is usually required. We analyse the clinical symptoms, the diagnostic clues and differential diagnosis of intestinal endometriosis.
