Resumen
Describimos un caso de un feto malformado que presentaba una hipoplasia del timo. La autopsia se practicó después de interrupción voluntaria de la gestación por infección por el VIH-1. La madre recibía una triterapia antirretroviral y tratamiento para infecciones oportunistas.
Summary
We report an autopsy case of a malformed fetus with thymic hypoplasia. The autopsy was performed after therapeutic termination in the second trimester of pregnancy. The VIH-1 infected mother had received 3 antiviral agents and treatment for opportunistic infections.
