Abstract

The aim of this work is to propose the measurement of the construct «Key factors of the R & D sucess», basing us in the Resources and Capabalities Theory. This theory explains the value generation between business considering the generation of the advantages competitives. The construct proposed in this work is based in the differents predictors variables of this theory. The methodology used is soported in the completed scale validation methodology. The result has been the development of a tool for predincting the competitives advantages generation in the future R & D policy planning.
