Abstract
Objective

The research aims to discover influence of workload, Body Mass Index, Duration of Work on fatigue and their impacts among nurse performance.

Methods

The research uses a cross sectional method in frame of observational quantitative research. Samples in this research were obtained through proportional stratified random sampling method involving 123 respondents from 178 nurses. Purposes to figure out the Workload, Body Mass Index and Duration of Work, the data gained were analyzed by multiple linear regression.

Results

Only Workload variables that positively brought influences on performances (p=0.022), body mass index (p=0.437), Duration of Work (p=0.528) and Fatigue (p=0.783) did not bring any influences toward performances.

Conclusion

Workload has an influence on nurse performance due to physical environment, relationships between nurses, demands, abilities and hard-work of nurses in carrying out their responsibilities that still need to be addressed.
