La enfermedad de Behçet es una enfermedad rara en nuestro medio. Se trata de una vasculitis sistémica que cursa con afectación mucocutánea (parte principal del diagnóstico), ocular, digestiva y musculoesquelética principalmente. Se describe un caso de presentación atípica que comienza con afectación digestiva.

Behçet's disease is rare disease in our setting. It is a systemic vasculitis that occurs with mucocutaneous involvement (principal part of the diagnosis) that is mainly ocular, digestive and musculosketel. A case of atypical presentation that begins with digestive involvement is described.
