Se presenta un caso de fractura de apófisis coracoides asociada a una luxación acromioclavicular y rotura de ligamentos coracoclaviculares en un varón de 28 años de edad. La reducción abierta y fijación interna de la apófisis coracoides, de la articulación acromioclavicular y la sutura directa de los ligamentos coracoclaviculares ha condicionado un resultado excelente.

A 28-year-old male patient had fracture of the coracoid process associated with acromio-clavicular dislocation and rupture of the coraco-clavicular ligaments. Open reduction and internal fixation of the coracoid process, acromio-clavicular joint, and direct suture of coraco-clavicular ligaments produced excellent results.
