Se presenta un caso de seudotumor hemofílico estudiado con diferentes técnicas de imagen. Se revisan sus imágenes típicas y atípicas que pueden orientar al manejo individualizado de cada paciente. En este caso, las técnicas de imagen fueron especialmente útiles para dirigir la biopsia.

A case of hemophilic pseudotumor studied with different imaging techniques is reported. Typical and atypical images that may guide the individualized management of each patient are reviewed. In this case, imaging techniques were especially useful in guiding the biopsy.
