Presentamos un caso de tumor epidermoide extraaxial que rompe la duramadre invadiendo la región fronto-parietal derecha.
Se describe su comportamiento en el estudio mediante TC y RM.
Se discuten las secuencias de las RM más apropiadas para la discri-minación de este tumor.

Presented is the case of an extraaxial epidermoid tumor that ruptures the dura mater invading the right front parietal region. Its behavior is described in the study by means of CT and MR. Discussed are the most appropiate MR images for the discrimination of this tumor.
