It was decided to perform intubation after rapid sequence induction in anti-Trendelenburg position and no incidents were recorded.</p><elsevierMultimedia ident="fig0005"></elsevierMultimedia><p id="par0015" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">We would like to call for reflection on airway management and the need for intubation. This case is the paradigm, as it required not only the diagnostic procedure but also dietary disimpaction.
