The blade was inserted through the left nostril to prevent bleeding due to the friable nature of the tumour. Cormack-Lehane 1 was observed, and tube progression was confirmed without incident.</p><p id="par0015" class="elsevierStylePara elsevierViewall">The small size of the blade of this video laryngoscope compared to others facilitates intubation in patients with greatly limited mouth opening, allowing clinicians to avoid fibreoptic bronchoscopy in settings where its availability is limited or its use is contraindicated.</p><elsevierMultimedia ident="fig0005"></elsevierMultimedia></span>" "pdfFichero" => "main.pdf" "tienePdf" => true "NotaPie" => array:1 [ 0 => array:2 [ "etiqueta" => "☆" "nota" => "<p class="elsevierStyleNotepara" id="npar0005">Please cite this article as: Fernández Morales D.
