We present a video of the minimally invasive management of a patient with blunt abdominal trauma who was hemodynamically stable, although hemopneumoperitoneum was observed on the initial imaging test. Exploratory laparoscopy was performed, with placement of an umbilical Hasson trocar and 5 mm and 11 mm trocars on both flanks as well as an auxiliary trocar in the left hypochondrium for adequate exploration of the cavity. We identified a perforation of the small intestine with active bleeding that was treated with resection and intracorporeal anastomosis, followed by good postoperative evolution (Fig. 1).
