Resumen

Descripción de los casos de tres hermanas con HSC por déficit de 21-α-hidroxilasa acontecidos en nuestro centro. Revisión de la más reciente bibliografía, y comentarios sobre el diagnóstico precoz y el tratamiento tanto prenatal como neonatal.

Summary

We describe the cases of three sisters with CAH due to 21-hydroxylase deficiency which occurred in our centre. We review the most recent bibliography and comments on early diagnosis and treatment, both prenatal and neonatal
