Desarrollo de un protocolo experimental con ejercicios de flexión isométrica de los dedos y muñeca asociado a lesiones de esfuerzo repetitivo, y validación de la electromiografía de superficie multicanal como técnica no invasiva en la monitorización de procesos de rehabilitación, por ejemplo, de la mialgia muscular en músicos pianistas. El análisis de los patrones de activación de tres músculos extensores y un flexor del antebrazo en un grupo control ha permitido obtener resultados repetitivos y reproducibles, detectando fatiga en el músculo flexor y en un extensor durante los ejercicios de resistencia. La detección de potenciales de acción propagándose con una estimación de la velocidad de conducción dentro del rango fisiológico refrenda los resultados de los patrones musculares obtenidos.
