Abstract
The increased Knowledge of the multifactorial origin of glaucoma, and especially the vascular involvement in normotensive glaucoma, can be seen in the high number of publications on this subject in recent years, which obliges us to review its diagnosis and treatment.

El mayor conocimiento del origen multifactorial del glaucoma y especialmente la implicación vascular en el glaucoma normotensivo, se observa en el alto número de publicaciones a este respecto en los últimos años, lo que nos obliga a revisar su diagnóstico y tratamiento.
